Orinn is a small team. Every support email lands in a human inbox, usually answered within one business day. No bots, no ticket numbers, no "your call is important to us."

Common things first
Before you write, the FAQ covers most setup and billing questions. The four most common:
- Setting up the kid's phone — see the Guide for the pairing walkthrough.
- The kid's location stopped updating — usually iOS dropped the location permission from "Always" to "While Using." Ask your kid to open Settings → Orinn → Location → switch to Always.
- Billing or founding-member status — every active subscription is managed in your iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Deleting your account — Orinn Parent app → Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. Removes every family member's data, irreversible.
Privacy concerns
If you have a question about what we collect or how we store it, the privacy policy covers it in plain English. If you want a faster human answer on a specific privacy question, email privacy@orinn.app — same inbox, just helps us prioritize.
Security disclosures
If you've found a security issue, please don't post it publicly. Email security@orinn.app with a description and steps to reproduce. We'll respond within 24 hours and credit you in the fix if you'd like.
App Store reviews
If something's broken, please email us before leaving a 1-star review — we almost certainly can fix it the same day. App Store reviews aren't a support channel; we can't reply to them in any useful way.
